Boikanyo Diremelo

I graduated from the University of Pretoria with an LLB and an LLM degree (Mercantile Law) specialising in contract law, competition and banking law. I am admitted attorney with 2 (two) years litigation experience, specifically in Magistrates’ and High Court practice and procedure, including perusing and drafting of applications, affidavits and notices in opposed and unopposed motion proceedings in the High Court.  Furthermore, I have experience perusing and drafting of summons, particulars of claim and interlocutory applications as well as consulting with clients and legal counsel. Lastly, I have experience conducting research and drafting legal opinions on various areas of the law.
