Experience

Assisting candidates such as nurses and healthcare workers throughout their registration process and assisting with their application form such as Maths/Drug tests; in order for them to become fully compliant so they are able to work. My duties were tracking and contacting their references. Ensuring that the references are valid and reflects on CQC. Assisting with criminal online checks, right to work checks and applying for DBS through agency. Conducting screenings for lead submission of new workers. Recruiting new workers. Booking mandatory trainings for both HCA and Nurses. Using Healthier Business to request fitness to work.

Processing validation and authenticity of EU, foreign, UK passports. Setting up staff with payment methods.
