I have a passion for serving, whether that is Customers directly or through execution of excellent strategic solutions that results in phenomenal outcomes for my Customers or Stakeholders.

My passion for leadership and creating client centered solutions has provided me with many opportunities to serve my community and those around me. From creating industry enhancements that creates value and changes the South African Credit landscape to the legal industry.

I have been able to transform businesses and teams into high performing, strategic and goal driven profitable business units through applying thought leadership principles with the ultimate goal to educate, inspire and mentor a next generation that will continue to create long lasting success for the organization.

Through my experience in Senior Legal Operational roles, Client Experience Management environments and being part of the Organizations MANCO team I have gained invaluable leanings relating to the micro and macro environments of the Organization. This allowed me to critically analyze situations, challenges and environments to create solutions based on the exact needs of the client within budget requirements, time restraints and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

My growth mindset has enabled me to transform teams into functional, resilient, forward thinking individuals that forms part of the vision, goal and strategy of the organization and whom have reached and gone beyond their goals and visions and enabled business to succeed and grow. By doing this we create businesses focused on creating journeys and products to suite the exact customer / stakeholder needs, engaged employees that strive to grow and develop a business far beyond what is possible and excellent value for everyone who engage with the organization.

I have experience managing large high performing teams, including remote and hybrid teams in the Credit legal industry across South Africa as well as Customer Services teams. I am also a business executive currently serving on our MANCO. I have experience in business management, coaching and mentoring, credit legal matters, customer service, Debt Counselling and Financial Wellbeing. I am also the leader of a registered Alternative Dispute resolution agent, assisting the public with all credit related disputes, including legal action taken. 

I have a Higher Certificate in Business management, Strategic Leadership and many other legal certificates.

I am also a registered Debt Counsellor whom can provide debt counselling services to the public.

I am currently a second year Bcom Law student.
