Hell, have a background in Early Childhood Development, where I moved into skills development, running a programme for youth development. I am currently freelancing with a training company, assisting in facilitating, assessing, and moderating. I am also part of a team that designs material and online training courses to assist learners. My experience has taught me that we need to look at people and what they need holistically, and that would be my aim with every project.
