I am a people's person as I love interacting with people and assisting them to the best of my ability. 

I always go beyond expectations and I make sure that the customer doesn't call back as first call resolution is important. 

I love assisting customers with their queries as I always go way beyond what's expected of me but I will always try to assist a customer to the best of my ability before going to my team leader for assistance as I would always ask my colleagues for assistance if I can't assist the customer. I'm a people's person and I make sure that people are always comfortable around me. It's always easy to get along with my colleagues as I'm easy going and helpful if my colleagues needs my assistance. 

I might not hold a grade 12 certificate but I've been in this industry for 3 years. I am currently waiting for applications to open up as I would like to have a matric certificate.
