Experience
•Conduct internal audits, incident investigation and report NCR/incidents at manufacturing.
•Manage, monitor, and verify preventative and corrective actions on incidents, NCR, audit findings, AIA survey finding and municipal fire chief visit findings.
•Maintain safety records i.e., maintenance equipment registers, training register, medical tracking register, incident, and NCR register.
•Deal with reporting of IODs to Workers Compensation Assistance.
•Ensure the annual load test and quarterly inspection by registered LMI is conducted on lifting equipment.
•Coordinate with internal and external suppliers and contractors to ensure service completion on fire detection system, fire suppression system, firefighting equipment.
•Draft OHS procedures and toolbox talks, and communicate the procedures and toolbox talks to employees.
•Implement procedures as per ISO 45001 standard.
•Conduct Health and Safety committee meetings, draft agendas, and meeting minutes.
•Conduct emergency drills and draft reports of the drills.
•Maintain financial control by handling quotations, invoices, credit notes, and payment tracking related to health and safety department.
•Conduct monthly noise surveillance checklist to all areas identified as noise zones.
•Ensure that employees are provided with appropriate PPE for noise and dust.
