I am an enthusiastic person, experience 3rd Line System IT Administrator / Broadcast Engineer with more than 10 yrs. IT experience who enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. I am an enthuastic learner whom I able to grasp new ideas and concepts and develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I can work well in a team and on my own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively.

Now I am looking to develop or Grow My Career further building my extensive range of technical skills within a suitably challenging role. Keen to achieve further professional development.  Current Duties and Responsibilities.

• Running all the IT Projects needed by the Mine.
• Responsible for logging of calls on behalf of users.
• Responsible for Planning and advising mine with IT Requirements.
• Looking after all the Networks, Switches, routers and Fibre Links.
• Running and Managing Azure Clouds Environment.
• Managing Office 365 Portal on Microsoft Admin sites.
• Maintaining after Active Directory, group policies, user creation etc.
• Maintaining Exchange 2019 Servers.
• Maintaining High end Mine Sql and Application Servers.
• Responsible for all Windows Patches
• Responsible for N-Central Remote Desktop Deployments
• Maintaining and look after San Storage.
• Responsible for CCtv camera’s software 
• Fixing all the broken network connections. 
• Handling all the Tier 1 Support escalations through tickets or phone logging system.
• Monthly report writing on all systems
• Responsible for sending daily reports to Senior Managers.
• Responsible for all the Microsoft Hypher V Servers.
• Running Backups of all the workstations.
• Helping with Remote Connectivity for all the System anywhere.
• Responsible for all the Mine emergency monitoring alarms for the underground operations.
• Planning and facilitating disaster recover process.
• Responsible for Vpn Connections 
• Responsible for PABX voip phones.
• Troubleshoot and fix Wifi Access Point issues.
• Looking after Azure Accounts Portal and Teams admin Portal.
