i am working as Audits co-coordinator and Procurement Administrator at Kendal Power Station for over two years responsible for performing all administrative duties ensuring that the department runs efficiently and smoothly including planning our departmental meetings, compiling and submission of all procurement monthly reports, sitting in on negotiations meetings with my manager and our procurement officers while negotiating prices with the suppliers and expediting purchase orders that are overdue for delivery and urgently needed in the plant

Approximate rate: ZARR 150 per hour

Experience

 

I’m a motivated Audits co-coordinator and Procurement Administrator at Kendal Power Station for over two years responsible for performing all administrative duties ensuring that the department runs efficiently and smoothly including planning our departmental meetings, compiling and submission of all procurement monthly reports, sitting in on negotiations meetings with my manager and our procurement officers while negotiating prices with the suppliers and expediting purchase orders that are overdue for delivery and urgently needed in the plant.

I also worked as a Site Manager for Lahleni investments, which has an industrial cleaning contract with Eskom stationed at Duvha Power Station managing 195 employees which was very challenging yet exciting and 7 years in customer service as a customer service agent at Eskom .

I am a hard worker, determined, good with negotiations , can work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and able to analyze situations and take necessary decisions independently. I can listen attentively, pay attention to detail, and handle all communication situations with objectivity and integrity with good communication skills and excellent social skills as well. I am self – motivated individual, Detail oriented, Team oriented, Energetic and i can tolerate stress.

I have a strong will to render the skills I have acquired from the above-mentioned companies I have worked for to your company or organization if you might offer me any position related to above mentioned skills as I am prepared to relocate to anywhere around South Africa.

Education

I studied and graduated in the field on communication doing Linguistics and communication from Durban University of technology in 2007 . Also studies project management certification with Boston College.  I just completed a one year certificate in  introduction in procurement management with Academy of New York in Oct 2023
