Ayesha Abdullah

I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor registered with the ASCHP and I have been and still am, counselling in private practice. With this in mind, I am ready to expand my horizons and delve into whatever challenges that may represent. 

I have come across your job listing, and believe that there is a good fit between what you require and my skills of expertise. I am incredibly passionate about people and their growth and development, it has been my great love and biggest challenge of my life, this is why my motto to my work is that ‘My work is love made visible” – because I love what I do, and it challenges me at the same time. 

I have been a student of life for as long as I can remember; I am a qualified Specialist wellness counsellor registered with the ASCHP. I have a bachelor’s degree with a triple major in Psychology, English literature and Sociology. I have an honors degree in psychology, and currently studying online towards a Master of Science in Psychological management. 

I am always ready to learn, to explore and to find creative ways to get tasks and challenges done. Your job listing specifications are ideal for both you and I, as I already have the infrastructure for counselling bas a result of the private practice; I am flexible with my time as I do only online sessions and these can be scheduled accordingly, in consideration of the demands of this position.
