Experience
I have over four years of experience as a croupier at Montecasino and six months on the Norwegian cruise line. I developed valuable skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service.
As a croupier, I interacted with a diverse range of customers and colleagues, which taught me how to communicate effectively and professionally in different situations. I also managed multiple tasks and deadlines, such as preparing and verifying cash floats, balancing tables, and reporting any issues or discrepancies. This taught me how to be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
As a croupier, I handled complex complaints from clients daily and resolved them to their satisfaction, resulting in positive feedback and sometimes even generous tips. This demonstrates my ability to provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. I received praise and recognition for my outstanding performance and customer service.
Education
I completed Grade 12 in 2014. I have a year left to complete a degree in Financial accounting.
