About Shumeera Kallis:

An aspiring individual who thrives on creating nurturing spaces for my community, I am comfortable with a office and classroom environments having served as a YearBeyond Volunteer at Mitchell Heights Primary School in Mitchells Plain. I kept students on track and have a keen eye for developmental roadblocks in young learners. Playing a key role in education has excited me, but what drives me continues to be the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communities I grew up in. I’m egger to learn, and love a challenge. I am also a customer service expert as I have spent many years interacting with customers both face to face as well as telephonically, I am well spoken and a reliable person, I am punctual and self motivated.

Experience

I have previously worked at Barons tokai and my role there was as followed

 Booking Clerk – assisting customers over the phone as well as face to face, probing customers for detailed information and capturing it, welcoming customers with a hot beverage. I was also responsible for creating a detailed job-card with customers information as well as the information of the vehicle, If it was an emergency customer is experiencing we would notify the supervisor and have an advisor book the vehicle in immediately. @@Receptionist – thanking customers for calling and ask if they knew who they need to speak to, if not then asking how I may assist. Sometimes probing customers for information to get them transferred the correct advisor or department.

I attended Heathfield High School, and completed Matric/Grd 12 in 2013
