I am an energetic, loyal, and dedicated Factory Manager with 10 years of experience in the logistics and production industry, specializing in fleet and plant management. Over the course of my career, I have gained valuable expertise in managing diverse aspects of operations, including logistics, fleet coordination, staff management, and production optimization.

Currently, as the Factory Manager (Plant & Operations Manager) at Bon Accord Recycling Center, I oversee the efficient management of stock, logistics, health and safety, and staff. I also focus on driving sales and improving production efficiency through data analysis and reporting. I take pride in my ability to engage with both existing and new clients, ensuring that their needs are met while consistently working towards operational excellence.

Previously, as a Senior Logistics Controller at The Waste Group, I led fleet management, route planning, vehicle tracking, and documentation management, all while ensuring logistics coordination and smooth day-to-day operations. My early years at Bon Accord Recycling Center as a Logistics Controller allowed me to hone my skills in routing, fuel management, and vehicle performance tracking.
I have hands-on experience with industry-leading systems, including Winroute, VSC, Ctrack, and RMS, which have been essential in managing logistics, fleet, and production operations effectively. My technical background, with certifications in IT and secretarial computing, further complements my operations management skills.

Fluent in English, IsiZulu, and Setswana, I value effective communication and thrive in fast-paced environments where I can contribute to team success and continuous improvement. I am also currently pursuing a Certificate in Business Management to expand my knowledge and leadership capabilities.

I am passionate about driving operational excellence and looking forward to connecting with professionals and organizations where I can continue to add value and grow.
