Approximate rate: R75 per hour

Experience

Listen to agent calls and provide feedback
Set target with agents regarding quality and any KPIs
Ability to build agents spirits to give best customer experience to customer
Responsible for under performers and their productivity to meet KPIs
Able to take customer escalations
System specification – MS Office and Excel + Numerical ability
Give quality coaching to the betterment of the agent and ultimately betterment of customers experience Take operational roles – Team leader and RTA
Answering inbound calls timeous
Doing outbound calls – Service Request follow up
Ensuring that details are captured accurately
Perform any ad hoc tasks as and when required
Effective resolve queries
Familiarize oneself with products and procedures
Customer focused
Ability to build customer loyalty

Education

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) passed
