Well study hospitality and catering but I move more to the cooking side in the beginning but as you get promoted you will have to know how to do fornt of house and manger skill.
It's hads had its up and down like covid was my down went most of the hospitality lost the jobs including myself. But we still here alive a healthy and ready to get back into the force of thing. My career had be a crazy but good one where at 1st I only had to worry about prepping and only have to worry about a team of 3 then I went on to help out dinner serves witch is 6 chefs and as sous chef you in charge. Went back to Banqueting where I had to manage a team of 30chef on a day bases. Plus do stock take and Rosters And placing orders and creating new menu.
