• Managing the preventative/ job card function for the Malmesbury Mill 
• Updating all new machines on Sap 
• Assigning all maintenance jobs to artisans 
• Drive the TPM program for Malmesbury Mill 
• Training of operators and artisans

• Raise One Point Lessons and cascade to Artisans
• Conduct Root cause analysis on repetitive problems
• Ensure critical spares stock levels are maintained
• Monitor operational activities of staff
• Pre maintenance meetings
• Manage process improvements Projects.
• Provide input into job descriptions and duties
• Supervise, teach and motivate the team
• Take responsibility for staff work, induction, and on‐job training
• Provide input and feedback from performance reviews and assist in improving staff&
• Comply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements
• Ensure compliance to all food safety regulations, allergen control, housekeeping, and pest control
