Business Administration and a National Diploma in Sports Management from the Vaal University of Technology
along with a 2-year experience in the call Centre industry, dealing with customers, potential customers and giving
support services, the position has prepared me to be successful and a perfect fit for your team. In my present
position I speak to a variety of customers and business stakeholders, have brought solutions to their businessrelated problems, have met the company objectives individually and as a team. Likewise, I assisted I
administration by making copies, phone calls, and updating customer information. I bring a set of talents that I
believe will be valuable to your company. I have acquired the ability to multitask, computer skills within my
contact Centre journey which has provided with the foundation for the job. My organizational strength, people
