Experience
My portfolio administrator experience includes but is not limited to administer Group Risk Scheme
policies, ensure premiums and data are received for each scheme and updated accurately, reconcile the
monthly membership data, ensure strict adherence to the documented processes, updating membership
onto relevant administration platform and ensure this balances to the client premium reconciliation and
data, prepare and provide premium recons to clients monthly analyzing under or over payments ,perform
credit control checks and follow up for over and underpayments, follow PPR15 processes by informing
clients of non-payment within specified deadline. Liaising with claims department to action all claims
timeously and ensure correct execution of all claims in terms of documented processes, maintain updated
claims workflow systems when needed, ensure data records are always correct with regards to PHI
claimants, identify members whose insured benefits are in excess of the Medical Free Cover Limit and
ensure that the data is accurate. Processing medical requests immediately in terms of set guidelines and
maintain updated medicals workflow system and attend to all other client requests. Ensuring the
divisional renewals team is provided with information required to do the annual scheme renewals,
assisting the divisional finance team to ensure that the client reconciliations of premiums due and
received are updated correctly as and when required.
My service administrator experience includes but is not limited to administer Group Risk Scheme
policies, updating data on the system, processing data comparison through the web to prepare
reconciliation of premiums to ensure that the client is applying correct rates against internal billing. To
ensure that the underwriting team is provided with accurate information from the data comparison to
prepare their audits. Liaising with both internal and external clients, ensure resolution of client queries
(TWT) as per SLA, responsible for the entire billing process and monitoring monthly billing,
contributions allocation, sending statements. Comparing client statement against scheme batch remits to
ensure the accurate allocation of payments/premiums to correct schemes and issue credit control where
necessary.
I am an experienced learning and development administrator in elements that include printing course
material, compiling training packs, binding manuals, assist trainers with training and assessment
evaluation, data capturing, maintaining training records, filing, printing and comparing reports, follow-up on Trainees Progress, surveys and reports, coordination of training, preparing trainee admin documents,
liaising with HR, operations, reception, and assisting HR with recruitment and AD Hoc Duties. I was also
responsible for ordering stationery and training equipment, downloading and auditing calls, loading
trainees to SETA and quality call assessing and reporting.
My creditors clerk experience includes drawing reports from Excalibur, Sorting payments into the
relevant payment groups, compiling payment schedules and checking that the schedules balances with the
total payment amount due to clients, making payments to the clients, preparing of invoices, filing and
updating the client data base.
My resolution clerk experience include customer care and credit management , liaising with clients
regarding late stage outstanding debt, negotiating with clients and finalizing payment arrangements,
following up on all agreed arrangements on a regular basis, ensuring that the internal database is updated
and maintained, solving queries which clients log on accounts on different mandates office administration
and requesting information from the appropriate mandate company as requested from the clients request
and outsourcing accounts.
My debt collections experience includes customer care and credit management, liaising with clients
regarding outstanding debt early and late stage, negotiating with clients and finalizing payment
arrangements, following up on all agreed arrangements on a regular basis, ensuring that the internal
database is updated and maintained. Assisting with queries which clients log on accounts and educating
clients regarding to credit Bureau, and payment profiles.
