I'm dedicated to both employer and clients. I have a compassionate nature, which helps in dealing with distressed or difficult clients. I'm 100 percent loyal and hardworking. I will always be an asset to the company I work for 

For the last 7years I've worked as a control room operator. Dealing with all client questions and complaints. Before that I've worked in a inbound call centre for about 2years.

I matriculated but did not study further. I've done a couple of internal management courses at one of the companies I worked for. Did a telephone communication course as at the time we were dealing with a lot of overseas clients.
