Daily reconciliation (Stock taking), planning next Days stock orders and send out via emails to suppliers to place such orders. Also placed orders telephonically. Everyday recon on a excel sheet per month containing starting petty cash, expenses, cash sales total in cash as well as the slips total for all swipe transactions. Assists cash customers in person and through the swipe/card machine service for all food orders and liquor sales. Manage kitchen and liquor platforms every day. In charge of marketing the specials via WhatsApp and arranging posters to market our services and specials. Engage with different SAB sales and marketing Representatives. Responsible for opening and closing of workplace. Responsible for daily bank deposits of all hard cash and keeping record by doing monthly balancing with deposit slips and monthly bank statement with Manager.
