I am passionate about infrastructure construction programmes. I have garnered fifteen Programme Risk Advisory experience in construction projects ranging from Energy infrastructure, Mining, Underground tunnel construction,Yard Automation, Countrywide Sanitation and and Overhead Traction Equipment construction and Raceway Construction.  I have educational background in the Governance, Risk and legal fields. I have garnered fifteen years solid Programme Risk Management and Senior Risk Analysis in Construction Capital Expansion Programmes in South Africa worth above R500 Billion. I was responsible for managing the Multi-Billion risk resources for construction programmes in South Africa in the Energy sector and Freight and Rail logistics Capital expansion programmes. I was responsible for process development and embedding, Implementation of Risk Management strategies and risk advisory in strategic construction projects and programmes.  I was responsible for providing advisory services to the programme of projects to executive leadership. I was involved in the lifecycle of the  Energy and Rail Construction Programmes from Concept Release Approval, Design Release Approval, Execution Release Approval and Final Release Approval Stage Gates of projects  within a Portfolio. I was responsible for using the PLCM method and ISO standards namely: ISO 31000, IS0 9001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Environmental, ISO 45001, Health & Safety, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.

Implementation of Corporate Governance principles, Governance Programs and Compliance Management framework in strategic construction programmes.
