This is done primarily to provide the trainer with a full, accurate and current set of measurables with which to design the client's program as specifically and accurately as possible. This is done for the client to achieve the best return on the investment they are making in their bodies, which can be done safely and efficiently, and so that the goals are achieved timeously. 

Nutrition is designed using an extensive variety of high value whole foods, specifically calculated in macro and micronutrient values, with enzyme, vitamin and mineral constituents considered, to ensure overall health, digestive and endocrine function, with an approach that is both sustainable and realistic. 

My focus is to ensure the achievement of short and long term goals and your overall success, whilst building on a sound and transparent client/coach relationship, where the client feels valued and prioritised.
