Experience

With my passion for Customer Service excellence, Marketing and Communications and a proven track record in 
managing cross-functional teams, running comprehensive campaigns for internal and external stakeholders for 
local and multinational organizations, and ensuring results, I am confident in my ability to contribute to any team 
and bring about positive change.
In my current role as a Director of Customer Experience, I have successfully led three diverse teams, overseeing 
the Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing Managers, in addition to directly managing two key roles – a 
Project Manager and a Client Content Manager. My experience spans various industries, including retail, financial 
services, consulting (audit firms), SaaS, and the healthcare sector.
My academic background in Dramatic Arts and Communication Sciences, coupled with a Bachelor of Arts Honours 
Degree in Communications Science from the University of South Africa, has equipped me with a unique blend of 
creativity and strategic thinking. This, combined with my practical experience, has enabled me to contribute to the 
success of my teams and organizations, fostering a culture of excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
As a leader, I am passionate about enabling teams to grow and thrive. My creative flair, coupled with a processdriven approach, has been instrumental in my historic role as part owner of a creative agency, where I 
spearheaded various initiatives, including driving technological innovation.
I believe that my extensive experience in client services, business development, marketing strategies, market 
research, account management, and relationship building, along with my commitment to a people/customer-first 
approach, will make me an asset to future employers.
