I am a committed, honest and reliable, team player.  Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is key in everything I do.  I have extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of administration and office management.  I have started many administration and management systems from scratch to where they function properly and effectively. 

I have successfully managed and maintained the rhino reintroduction project in Uganda for the past 13 years raising it from funding reliant to 90% self-sustainability.  I created, implemented and worked with all the administration, security, informant, field ranger management, purchasing, sales, client care, donor funding, cash flow management, maintenance systems and trained the Ugandan staff how to manage them.  This is known as one of the most successful rhino reintroduction and management projects today.   I was appointed as a life-long Honorary Wildlife Officer in Uganda, by Uganda Wildlife Authority.

Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Fund raising initiatives, Logistics Management, Planning, Budgeting, Client Care, Public speaking, Skills Development, Coordinating, Informant handling, Security planning and implementation, Wildlife Management, Biodiversity Management.  The annual budget I worked with is between 1 million  and 1.2 Million United States Dollars. Although my main functions have been management, I have worked on all the systems and departments myself and have extensive knowledge in Office and Administration functions.

No formal education other than matric however I do have 40 years of working experience
