About Mehnaz Robyn:
My name is Mehnaz, I am 30 years old with a 5-year-old cheeky and very smart daughter, possibly smarter than me but less talkative.
I have a National Diploma in Public Management and my TEFL 120 hour Qualification.
As an HR Consultant, One of my Core functions as an HR consultant is to create and implement Training and Development courses on either a one-on-one or group basis and Coaching new staff. These programs run from workplace development plans to improving customer service skills.

I currently serve as an Independent Contractor/ Consultant for a busy HR firm where I run the day-to-day operations and supervise a team of 40 employees based at an Inbound Call Centre that provides medical aid confirmation of benefits. My strengths in improving my administration skills have earned repeated praise and formal recognition from the company’s MD.

I have Eight years overall administration experience with three years consecutive experience in effectively executing the daily operations in the office along with HR administration, Payroll and Bookkeeping via Sage as well as serving as a trusted Personal Assistant to the MD with the ability to maintain confidentiality at mPower People Solutions.
I have 4 years of experience in Customer Service training where I train new and old employees on how to provide better customer service and satisfaction through workplace programs, either on a one-on-one basis or with new staff in groups of 10 – 15. I also create training programs to increase their work performance and create and implement incentive plans to ensure the staff are happy in the call center environment and feel valued.
