I am currently an IIE Rosebank College final year student-teacher. I am currently completing my Bachelor in Education towards the Intermediate phase. I specialize in the following subjects:

  • Natural Sciences and Technology 
  • Social Sciences 
  • Economic and Management Sciences 

I have had the opportunity to teach at private and public schools, with a full-service school included (inclusive and special-needs school). I am bubbly, fun and innovative new-age teacher. My goal is to change the “norm”  of teaching by offering new ways that are easy, fun and practical. My methods of teaching consist of worksheets, charts and other practical activities that may be of use to my students. My Police Clearance and academic qualifications are available on request.

Experience

 Though I am currently doing my final year towards a Bachelor of Education in the Intermediate phase, I have already gained much experience in the years I have spent perusing this career. I have chosen placements at an underprivileged school, a public school, a full-service school and even an independent school, giving me full access to children from all walks of life. I have already dealt with children with learning barriers, children with physical barriers and even had the opportunity to get first-hand experience with a rape case and see how such dilemmas are handled.
