Project Coordinator 

  • Assist Project manager with project task and project related activities.
  • Taking notes and compiling Minutes of all Project Meetings including Attendance Registers 
  • Arranging meeting invites and venues On Site, Off site and Electronic Video/Voice Conferencing 
  • Chair and facilitate meetings assigned by the Project Manager and distribute minutes to all project team members. Stand in for the Project Manager when requested to do so or in Emergencies. 
  • Recording of project related document
  • Recorded all project costs and expenses and aligned with project budget. 
  • Assist the PM to keep the project on schedule.
  • Update project status with all stakeholders 
  • Hold daily stand-ups with the project team to obtain progress updates, manage impediments and plan the way forward. 
  • Provide updates and agree the way forward in the meeting with the Delivery Manager. 
  • Project update with stakeholders
  • Maintain Risks, Actions, Issues and Business Decisions (RAID) log.
  • Assist PM to prepare steerco reports and assist in the presentation of the reports at weekly MANCO meetings.
  • Participation in the strategy and policy development for drafting regulations and guidelines for the Smart City Scheme. Writing up a scope document for each project 
  • Assist in compilation and the Management of the Project Plan 
  • Assist PM to manage project scope and project progress with the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities 

In addition to my formal work experience, I have also gained experience by shadowing and assisting my mentors and applying the skills I have learned where applicable.
