I am a very experienced consultant who started 9 years go in the customer service part of the business and moved over to sales and most recently retentions I have almost a decade of experience having filled numerous roles most notably as Team leader of the largest broker to service Discovery Insure clients I'm passionate about operations and project management be it feeding schemes ad campaigns and all sorts of projects that need Co ordination and operational oversight hence my reason to work toward being a successful financial advisor with hopes of using the success in the finance industry to fund future programme's that I would like to undertake

I've had 9 years intermittently in the contact center industry I've dialled customer service, outbound sales, technical support, inbound sales and retentions in that order over the last 9 years 

I graduated with a matric from Brettonwood High School and also have an RE5 certificate I am currently enrolled in a tertiary qualification namely an international certificate in investment and securities once completed I will be fully fit and proper
