Ammie’s strength lies in his “Generalist” knowledge, diverse international experience, ability to relate to multi-cultural individuals, not to mention his wisdom and maturity which when harnessed invariably achieves positive results.
Experience
Ammie has 45 years of solid experience gained in the military, financial and customer service industries, and has mentored, led and motivated teams of up to 60 staff members. He is a natural leader and highly respected for his integrity, sound judgement and practical approach to everyday challenges.
He is known for his compassion by creating a happy and healthy working environment and also has the wisdom to communicate information and ideas clearly to both subordinates and superiors. These qualities have added significantly to improved productivity and exceptional team work.
Ammie is also known for influencing the views and behaviours of others through gentle persuasion, encouragement and leadership thereby managing conflict or other sensitive issues tactfully and effectively, resulting in awesome customer service and sales targets being exceeded.
He always remains calm and resilient in a crisis, overcomes setbacks and is happy to learn from positive criticism. These fine attributes and soft skills has allowed him to be successful thereby adding significant value to any organisation and its people.
