I have been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years.  Naturally I am a strategic-thinking and proactive leader with tactical expertise to achieve optimal results through effective planning and organizing. 

I am a business manager leading a team of 25 to deliver telecommunication's technology products and services to small business operating in South Africa.  I have developed commercial frameworks and business processes to achieve effective service delivery.

My outputs are formulated around achieving relevant KPI's and ARPU. Quarterly performance appraisals are electronically logged per employee for performance evaluations.

Product design and product monitoring from a product lifecycle management perspective is one of the skills I have hold to achieve targets.
