About Ambrocia Malebye:

I have a certificate in Business Communication from Unisa and a Diploma in Technical Financial Accounting from Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. I have for both obtained exceptional marks. In addition to these qualifications I am currently doing online courses in office administration and computerized bookkeeping just to keep up to date with my knowledge and skills (Introduction to Office and Administrative Management, Microsoft Excel 2019 and Sage One Bookkeeping and Accounting courses completed)

Throughout my career, I have developed a range of skills that are essential for this role. My effective communication skills have enabled me to interact with a diverse range of people, including clients, colleagues and stakeholders. I understand the importance of clear and concise communication and can adapt my communication style to suit different individuals while remaining professional.

In addition, my exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills have allowed me to manage my to-do-lists and prioritize tasks accordingly. I am highly detail-oriented and strive for accuracy in all aspects of my work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to desired standard.

I can easily adjust to new situations and this is important as changes come regularly. My growth-mindset has helped me when it comes to doing research and analysing information. I am able to analyse data and present it in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for stakeholders to understand and use (when I compile a workplace document or reports).

My experience as a service consultant opened my eyes to the importance of interaction with our clients (good customer service). Every experience might be different but I need to give the same energy to each client. My aim is to always guarantee the client that they made the right choice by requesting our services or products and this will translate into company keeping their clients and will continuously make profit.
