Presently I have Standard Ten and Diploma in Secretarial and Computer Skills from Damelin Computer College. I have experience as a Typist/Receptionist also at The African Bank Ltd from 1992 – 1997, and Receptionist/Typist with The Regional Land Claims Commission - FS & NC as from 06 January 2003 to 30 April 2004 and as Senior Telekom Operator with The Regional Land Claims Commission – Mpumalanga in Witbank as from 03 May 2004 to Dec 2008. Presently I am appointed as an Administration Assistant at Dept of Trade & Industry from January 2009 up to date in Pretoria. I was chosen to be Acting Personal Assistant of the Chief Director still with Dept of Trade & Industry from Dec 2011-Nov 2012. Again as Acting Personal Assistant of the Chief Director from July 2013 – March 2014.

Education
- Typing of documents and reports.
- Bookings of accommodation for seminars, conferences and meeting for the Chief Directors, as assisting temporarily while the post of her Personal Assistant has to be created.
- Deal with ad hoc enquiries and assist officials in the business unit from time to time.
- Provide general administrative support to the Chief Director.
- File and retrieve documents as directed.
- Keep and update manager’s diary and arrange appointments for staff members and stakeholders.
- Provide a reception, communication and coordination service.
- Provide an office security service.
- To facilitate the on boarding of new staff members joining our unit.
- Distributing agenda to relevant people and taking minutes during meetings.
- Deal with HR issues, like arranging for shortlisting, interviews and submitting for the unit the performance agreements and leave forms to Operations unit of TISA (Trade Investment South Africa)
- Ensure to do travel arrangements for her, internationally and domestic.
