I respond to customer inquiries regarding online bookings, cancellations, property questions or problems in a live chat format or answering calls using an online software system called sales force and gladly. Received inquiries in a queue and documents customer interactions. I ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing answers, additional information, suggesting properties or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. Good knowledge in Batho Pele Principles, Telephone Etiquette and Call Centre operating system.

I hold a Diploma in International Travel Management and a Cabin Crew License obtained at TPTT Academy in the year 2022.

Currently doing a short course in Front End Web Development with ALX
