Amanda Alsworth-Elvey

I am a qualified Registered  / Occupational health nurse who is passionate about nursing and working with people. I pride myself in being professional, friendly and competent. I am very focused on attention to detail as well as honest and a very fast learner.

I am married and my children have all grown up and no longer in my immediate care. I worked half day for many years while they were growing up and also while my Precious Mom was ill.

We have just relocated to Modimolle and I am looking for work in this area.

I am a qualified Registered nurse with Midwifery, I completed my Post grad studies in Occupational health nursing in 2010. I also completed a course in Spirometry, Audiometry and First aid. I would need to do a refresher course in these. I have my dispensing license. I have not been working in this sector for a while as I needed a half day job and could not find one in that sector.

I am finally ready to devote my time and energy to Occupational health nursing. I am a very fast learner with attention to detail and a team player. 

I have a diploma in General nursing and Midwifery, and a Post graduate Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing (2010). I did my Spirometry, Audiometry and First Aid in 2010 and my Dispensing license in 2011.

The Professional bodies I am registered with South African Nursing Council (SANC) and with the South African Society of Occupational Health Nursing (SASOHN).
