To co-ordinate, moderate and control the activities of operations department from origin to destination,

-ensuring consignments are processed and contained in accordance to customs and legislated requirements.

-Interact with client, agents, airlines, other departments and third parties to provide information pertaining

shipments in accordance with company policies and procedures

-To manage and mentor the operation’s team

- Implement processes and controls to ensure operating effectiveness together with the General Manager

- To maintain good relationships with clients, prospective clients and

professionals to promote further business development.
