I am a qualified (postgraduate), hardworking and committed Labour Relations Professional with extensive experience in the provision of quality industrial relation services. I perform the activities of Labour Relations within the Human Resources Division to ensure optimum performance, harmonious relationship and create a conducive working environment. I Advise, guide, and develop policies and procedures relating to labour relations and ensure compliance with legislation and the implementation of such throughout the organisation.
Experience
I am a highly astute and enterprising Labour/Employee Relations Specialist and Postgraduate with 8 years versatile experience working in challenging roles working providing best HR/IR/ER practices to companies in the private and public sectors. I started out as a part time Labour Relations Tutor within higher institutions of learning and excelled and grew along industry ranks becoming a Writing Consultant, Organizing Campaigns and Collective Bargaining Administrator, HR Generalist Trainee, Labour Relations Officer, Labour Relations Practitioner, Industrial Relation Specialist/Manager and Employee Relations Officer.
Currently, I am the Employee Relations Officer UG at Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine where I am responsible for the full spectrum of Labour/Employee Relations in the largest shaft called “Spud Shaft” which is stationed in Swartklip at Limpopo Province.

I possess extensive experience providing solutions in the provision quality industrial relation services. I perform Employee/Labour Relations activities within the Human Resources Division that ensure optimum performance, harmonious relationships and enhance conducive working environment. I advise, guide, and develop policies and procedures relating to labour relations and ensure compliance with legislation and the implementation of such throughout the organization. I am also a qualified facilitator responsible for labour relations training of all level of management within the company including employees and employee representatives. I am also responsible for investigating, facilitating, initiating and chairing of misconduct/capacity hearing and grievances, including CCMA representation of the organization of all referrals within my shaft.
I offer specialist pedigree covering labour relations, human resources management, union management, conciliation, mediation and arbitration, talent management, change management, compliance & governance, people management and employee and industrial relations.
I possess well-developed communication, planning and organizational skills, with a strong aptitude to coordinate and deliver service delivery above set standards.
