My C&I experience is as follows:

 Maintain and repair all electrical, instruments, and electronics equipment. All electric machinery associated with process control and instrumentation. 
 Conveyor belts maintenance inspection, maintenance, repair, and calibration of scales, tachometer, infrared temperature sensors, sprayers, solenoid valves, controllers, block chute probes, drift switches, and emergency trip rope. 
 Control valves visual inspection, functional inspection, cleaning, lubrication, calibration, seat and seal inspection, parts replacement, performance test, documentation, and preventive maintenance schedule. 
 Flow meters’ inspection, cleaning, calibration, seals and gaskets check, electronics and wiring inspection, process variable temperature and pressure check, and environmental change consideration.  
 Programming and fault finding on DCS, PLC, and Controllers 
 Pressure transmitters, level instrument, analysers and temperature instruments inspections, maintenance, repair, calibration and installations.

Majuba Trade training

Training covered basic hand skills, welding, electrical, electronics, dc drives fault finding, ac and dc machines, rigging, pneumatics and plc. Control and Instrumentation training involved basics on instrumentation, alarm circuits and temperature, fault  finding of instrumentation, and maintenance of instruments.
