Alexander du Plessis

Hi there! My name is Alexander, but most people just call me Alex.

I have over 10 years of experience in the education sector, with most of that time spent teaching English in China. Living and working in the East taught me more than just classroom skills. It gave me strong customer service abilities, cultural sensitivity, and a deeper understanding of how to connect with people from different backgrounds.

In the later part of my career in China, I had the chance to work closely with individual companies and CEOs, which helped me expand my professional outlook and adaptability even further.

Now that I’m back in South Africa, I’m looking forward to taking what I’ve learned and building on my skills in new areas. I’m open to opportunities in customer service, hospitality, or the restaurant industry. I enjoy working with people, learning on the job, and finding ways to bring value wherever I can.
