About ALEX OBERY:

As a 12-year National Team athlete, the sport and fitness industry has always been my objective to penetrate. My end goal as of now is to work with elite athletes in strength and conditioning training but I do understand that there are steps between where I am now and where I aim to be. I would love to learn from the professionals in the industry so that I can work towards achieving my end goal. 

Experience

As of now, I have just finished a degree in exercise science from eta College and I am coaching soccer as well as a strength and conditioning coach for ice hockey players.

Education

I have a Higher Certificate in fitness science and sports management, an Advanced Certificate in sports conditioning, and a Bachelor's Degree in exercise science
