I have been working in the corporate world for the last 6 years. I have dealt with easy and also difficult customers over the years. However, I have mastered the technique to keep a calm head and always ensure that the customer understands. I always ensure that I follow business processes at all times.
Education
I finished matric in 2017. I then worked for 2 years after deciding to study operations manager. However, I was able unable to finish studies due to financial difficulties.
