I have had the opportunity to work within some of the most exciting and challenging FMCG/Pharma companies globally. This has exposed me to a variety of ways of working and has helped me grow from a Finance person to more of a Commercial Partner within those organizations. I am particularly passionate about making finance as simple as possible for everyone within the organization to understand. I believe as a “commercial partner” my role is essentially being the glue across the value chain. The glue that aligns goals and the business strategy to help improve the business performance. I have extensive experience dealing with Sales and Marketing, Budgeting and Forecasting. I have driven many NPD processes across many organizations. I am a firm believer in empowering people across the organization with the right information to make the right business decisions. I have led many projects (“Finance Explained”) particularly focusing on Sales And Marketing. I have also looked after systems change (JDE to SAP) in a previous role. I think what has helped grow my knowledge and interest within my area has been my passion for collaboration across all divisions.
