Job Summary:
Leasing Manager with strong relationship management capabilities sought

Our client is a well-established Landlord and Developer, with a substantial portfolio across Commercial, Retail, Residential and Industrial properties situated mainly in the city centres of Johannesburg and Pretoria.

To join their team in Pretoria, they are looking for a seasoned Commercial Leasing & Relationship Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Leasing and managing a team of Property Managers, Leasing Agents and Credit Controllers.

In this role your main purpose will be ensuring that vacancies are reduced, income is improved, quality service is maintained and that all leasing activity follow company processes and policies.

Also, to manage and mentor the highly effective and performing leasing team.

To be successful you must have strong leadership, high attention to detail, levels of stress tolerance and problem-solving capabilities. Teamwork and cooperation with others are essential.

Ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Property or related fields along with a EAAB NQF4 or Fidelity Fund Certificate.

At least 5 to 10 years property related experience, and a minimum of 3 years people management is required. Your experience and contacts within the Government and Parastatal environment will be invaluable in this position.
