Description
Assume overall responsibility for the Groups Employee Benefits portfolioAccurately and timeously process various types of claims (i.e., death, disability, funeral, medical underwriting, etc.) in accordance with the rules of the Funds
Be responsible for the administration of all communication between the member/provider/employer
Provide the necessary guidance to staff in respect of the various Employee Benefits
Produce monthly reports, where necessary
Liaise with Payroll and HR to ensure the constant entry of accurate employee data input.
Be a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately
