Support Administrator with relevant Business related qualification (NQF7) and at least 1-3 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry (Long Term Insurance) required to provide quick and accurate administrative support to Financial Advisers and other Stakeholders
.



Minimum requirements:


  • Business related qualification (NQF7) required
  • Minimum 13 years' experience in an administrative support role within the Financial Services Industry essential
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans essential

Responsibilities:


  • Quotes and tracking of quotes as well as professional presentation documentation to clients
  • Engage with Financial Advisers and log activities re quotes and Financial Adviser engagements
  • Manage pipeline and drive submission of new business
  • Prepare Consultants for engagements by providing reports, quote feedback, etc
  • First point of call on Financial Advisers
  • Provide support to branches nationally
  • Stakeholder engagement
