RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the creation of content (captions, images, stories and short videos) for social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
  • Respond to comments and queries and engage with the community across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and TripAdvisor in a professional and timely manner.
  • Escalate queries to customer service or relevant department as needed.
  • Assist with daytoday administrative duties.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and assist the team with monthly reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans,
  • Own computer and transport,
  • Familiarity with social publishing tools, and photography/videography editing tools would be advantageous,
  • Willingness to respond to followers' comments and questions after hours,

Qualifications

  • A qualification in marketing, media or relevant field.
  • Individual who takes initiative, with a drive to go the extra mile and deliver on tasks to the best of their ability.
  • Previous experience in managing social media accounts.

  • Reageer op opmerkings en navrae en betrek op 'n professionele en tydige wyse met die gemeenskap regoor Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok en TripAdvisor.
  • Eskaleer navrae na kliëntediens of relevante departement soos nodig.
  • Help met dagtotdag administratiewe pligte.
  • Bly op hoogte van sosiale mediatendense en help die span met maandelikse verslagdoening.

Sleutelvaardighede

  • Uitstekende kennis van sosiale media platforms.

Kwalifikasies
- 'n Kwalifikasie in bemarking, media of relevante veld.

  • Individu wat inisiatief neem, met 'n dryfkrag om die ekstra myl te loop en take na die beste van hul vermoë te lewer.
  • Vorige ondervinding in die bestuur van sosiale media rekeninge.
