Our client is offering an amazing opportunity for a skilled analyst within the Risk and Analytics team.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and assess the financial statements and credit history of existing and potential clients.
Structure deals and perform risk assessments.
Ability to make informed decisions backed by sound assessment.
Consult and negotiate with clients regarding financial transactions, payment terms, and credit limits.
Understanding of business, economic, and industry risk.
Financial forecasting.
Keep abreast of financial news and trends.
Practice due diligence.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirement of a BCom / BBusSci / BSc Actuarial Science/
BCom Investments or similar qualification majoring in Statistics with a strong academic record
At least 3 years of experience in building, implementing, and using statistical models for strategy development
SAS Base / Enterprise Guide programming experience
SAS Enterprise Miner programming experience advantageous
Experienced Microsoft Office user
Experience in a retail or financial services industry with specific collections or recoveries experience is required
Experience with bureau data beneficial

Salary:
R500,000.00 per year
