Introduction:

A well-known fashion retailer based at the Mall of Africa, is seeking to employ a vibrant, passionate and driven Store Manager to join their fast paced retail environment.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Store opening and closing
Banking and all admin related duties
Motivating the team
Driving sales
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to
Enforce discipline and corrective action when/if necessary
Merchandising of stock
Receiving and dispatch of stock as well as inventory control
Providing a great customer service experience
Staff management
Ensuring good housekeeping are adhered to
Budgets and financial reports

Education Profile:

Qualifications/ Experience:

Matric
Must have minimum 2 solid years of retail management experience within a fashion retail environment
Able to deal with pressure and setbacks
Flexible and able to work retail hours
Must possess excellent communication skills as well as proven track record with providing a great customer service experience
Computer literacy
