Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:


  • Develop and execute project plans for the implementation of software and hardware solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and thirdparty vendors to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations throughout the implementation process.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Risk Management:


  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement effective risk management practices to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.

Quality Assurance:


  • Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that software and hardware implementations meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and testing to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Resource Allocation:


  • Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget constraints.
  • Optimize resource utilization and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in the implementation of software and hardware solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware deployment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
