Description

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Loading of customer orders and overseeing these throughout the production process - start to end
Managing and filtering orders on our database to ensure all information loaded is accurate, and that deadlines are being met
Managing various platforms and ensuring these are always accurate and up to date
Maintain and build good client relationships
Be solution driven in a high-pressure environment
Deliver on targeted sales strategies
Close sales and lead customers through the ordering process
Work closely with design and production planning teams
Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
Upselling of new products
Assisting at and being involved with events that the company is affiliated with
Employee training and upskilling

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
Sales experience preferred but not compulsory
Two+ years of administrative experience proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication - internal and external
Excellent customer service
Good problem-solving abilities
