Our client is a highly regarded and national investment sales and property brokerage. By employing one valuer full time they are able to provide unbiased advice to seller and buyers alike.

Properties which they are tasked to analyse include all manner of commercial buildings - from shopping centres to factories - and are based all over South Africa's commercial hubs.

Working independently the professional valuer they are seeking will benefit from an ongoing pipeline of work which will ensure that their commission driven salary reaches at least R400K per annum.

However, these earnings are further supplemented by an unlimited access to sales commission.

With the valuer in their team being so well positioned at the front end of seller interaction, the previous encumberment was able to more than double their earnings in property sales.

With the brand recognition and national reach behind this employer, this presents a perfect opportunity for a currently self-employed professionally registered valuer who is looking for a stable income stream and a platform on which to expand on their existing business.

Cape Town based, you will nevertheless be expected to travel nationally to inspect and advise on transactions throughout South Africa.
