Incoming purchase order processing; issuing of works orders to the warehouse.

Buy-out processing; sourcing materials from local suppliers.

Stock replenishing requests and orders from the bulk warehouse in JHB.

Invoice processing.

Credit note processing.

Customer payment processing.

Maintaining a transparent filing system for all hard copy documentation.

Petty cash maintenance.

Annual stock take data capturing.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently.
Need to have a strong, assertive personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Grade 12
At least 5 years of administrative and clerical experience is required.

Final accounting and auditing services are provided by the Johannesburg head office.
The position is available immediately, with a 3-month probation period after which the following benefits will be activated: Pension, medical aid, income protection, and group life cover.
**15 days annual leave.
